Q. When I look for an item to purchase, what is the difference between the 5 ml (undiluted) and 5 ml (internal)?

A.  The undiluted oils are diffuser safe and safe to consume. The internal oil is safe to consume, but not diffuser safe.

Q. Why are the prices for aromatherapy blends higher than regular blends?

A.  Because aromatherapy blends (diffuser friendly) are not diluted.

Q. Can you use the regular blends on JENELL'S ESSENTIALS in a diffuser?

 

A.  No, these blends are made for topical use only unless annotated otherwise.

Q. Can regular blends be turned into aromatherapy blends?

 

A.  Yes most of the blends can be used for aromatherapy but keep in mind the price will change depending on the oils specific to the blend.

Q. How long does it take for an order to be shipped to me?

 

A.  7-10 business days

A. All orders are packaged the same way, the only way someone will know what you have ordered is if you tell them.

A.  Absolutely, it is highly recommended that you conduct a skin test before using any of my products. You should ALWAYS conduct a skin test before using any product  on your skin.
